Mr. Mac Tan will be responsible for TAPA APAC training and examination including on-site training, trainer arrangement, train-the-trainer sessions. With 22 years of work experience, he will be leading the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) for self-paced advanced training and explore the improvements for training processes continuously. Mac is also an expert in budget forecasting on project requirements, project site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, and managing and ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of main and sub-contractors.
